Develop and implement effective PR strategies to promote Rockwell Land's projects, initiatives, and corporate messaging.
Build and maintain strong relationships with media professionals, influencers, and key stakeholders.
Create engaging press releases, articles, and other PR materials to communicate key messages to the public.
Respond to media inquiries and act as a spokesperson for the company when necessary.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Corporate Communications, and External Affairs, to align PR efforts with overall business objectives.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and relevant news to proactively identify PR opportunities and challenges.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in PR, preferably in the real estate, retail or related industry.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle crisis communications effectively.
Familiarity with digital PR, social media, and online reputation management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PR software, and media monitoring tools.
