About the Role:
We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, self-starter
Marketing Assistant who is organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable juggling multiple projects independently.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys building brand presence, organizing content, and contributing to marketing growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow social media presence (content, design, engagement)
- Create and maintain a content calendar
- Design social media graphics and marketing materials using Canva
- Execute email marketing campaigns and outreach strategies
- Build and maintain mailing lists from past clients and realtor databases
- Conduct outreach to realtors (calls, emails) to build partnerships and generate referrals
- Monitor brand consistency across platforms
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in social media management or marketing
- Experience working in real estate or with real estate clients (plus)
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills (C1,C2)
- Strong content creation skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Organized and proactive mindset
- U.S Based Experience (plus)

Schedule:
part-time (Monday to Friday, 4hrs per day with a 30-min break included)
Compensation & Benefits:
- $600 USD/month
- 10 paid days off
