The Opportunity
We are looking for an energetic and experienced Marketing & Design Manager to support our clients with a sophisticated blend of daily operations, high-end creative production, and strategic task management. In this role, you'll join an exciting startup organization of eager professionals who are hungry for growth. This is a unique hybrid position that requires a Swiss Army Knife of skillssomeone who can pivot seamlessly between advanced graphic design, technical copywriting, and AI-assisted production to drive brand success.

What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like
1. Creative & Design Mastery
- High-Impact Ad Design: Create and revise ad designs for mobile client campaigns. You must be proficient in Photoshop and Illustrator, specifically in resizing assets that may not have source files (leveraging AI to upsample/reconstruct JPGs and PNGs).
- Multimedia Production: Create or revise MP4s and GIFs for mobile-first campaigns.
- Sales Enablement: Produce professional visual assets for sales decks, one-pagers, case studies, and social graphics. You will be tasked with creating flat design vectorized graphics and using AI features to rapidly generate creative assets.
- Brand Stewardship: Execute designs strictly based on client brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across typography, layout, and tone.
2. Copywriting & Content Development
- Strategic Writing: Draft concise, high-impact copy for partner summaries, blog posts, and case studies according to specific brand voice guidelines.
- Simplifying Complexity: Translate technical information into clear, client-friendly language.
- Editorial Oversight: Support the marketing team with proofreading, editing, and content refinement to ensure polished deliverables.
3. AI-Assisted Production
- Workflow Acceleration: Utilize tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Adobe Firefly to scale visual and written output.
- Creative Exploration: Apply AI responsibly to brainstorm concepts, automate repetitive tasks, and explore new creative directions.
- Data Synthesis: Partner with AI task forces to synthesize data for sales insights and thought leadership pieces.
4. Marketing & Team Support
- Event Collateral: Assist with messaging and creative needs for conferences and client-facing meetings.
- Asset Management: Maintain and organize shared design libraries, templates, and SOPs for easy cross-team access.
What You Bring
- Design Proficiency: Strong design skills with high proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Communication Excellence: Exceptional writing abilities; able to produce polished, client-ready copy under tight deadlines.
- AI Savvy: Hands-on experience using AI tools for content creation, design iteration, and workflow automation.
- Visual Communication: A talent for converting complex concepts into simple, professional visual formats and slide layouts.
- Organizational Prowess: Highly organized with a project management approach to shifting priorities.
Bonus Points if:
- You have experience in Mobile Marketing, Performance Marketing, or Ad Tech.
- You are familiar with HubSpot, Asana, or similar CRM and project management tools.
- You have a basic understanding of data-driven narrative building or light analytics.
Salary Range: $8-$9/hour (Final offer based on skills and experience matched to role requirements)
