The Opportunity
Join GrowthAssistant and level up your marketing operations career! We're looking for a highly organized Digital Marketing Project Manager to support two fast-growing U.S.-based wellness brands. In this role, you will be the glue that holds the marketing engine togethercoordinating campaigns, managing creative assets, and ensuring every project runs smoothly and on schedule. What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like
- Marketing Operations: Manage day-to-day operations for two wellness brands, including campaign calendars, creative briefs, and end-to-end project tracking.
- Cross-Team Coordination: Align with marketing leads, designers, and ops teams to sync campaigns with inventory levels and launch schedules.
- Creative Asset Management: Oversee the production of static and video assets, ensuring high quality and timely delivery for all digital channels.
- Reporting & Visibility: Prepare weekly performance and project status reports for stakeholders, ensuring total accuracy and clarity.
- Platform Support: Assist with website updates, DTC ad campaigns, and new product rollouts across multiple digital touchpoints.
- Workflow Optimization: Maintain organized workflows and clear communication channels to keep multiple concurrent projects in sync.
What You Bring
- Project Management Expertise: Proven experience managing multiple concurrent marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
- Platform Familiarity: High comfort level working with Shopify, Klaviyo, Basecamp, and Slack (or similar project management tools).
- Operational Excellence: A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with extreme attention to detail and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
- Adaptability: The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and successfully pivot when priorities shift.
- Stakeholder Management: Experience coordinating with various cross-functional teams and international stakeholders.
- Reliability: Ability to work fixed PST business hours and maintain consistent output.
Bonus Points if:
- You have experience in E-commerce/DTC or wellness industries.
- You have experience with Amazon operations.
- You are familiar with creative tools like Canva and Figma.
Salary Range: $7-$9/hour (Final offer based on skills and experience matched to role requirements)
