What is your mission

 

  • rovide administrative coordination and support across marketing operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and alignment with performance objectives.

  • Manage lead processing activities, including updating lead trackers from exported submissions and manual sources, and ensuring timely forwarding to the appropriate Business Development Managers (BDMs).

  • Support customer onboarding processes by extracting data from install forms, sending welcome communications with relevant platform access, and updating databases for downstream marketing use.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records to support database integrity and ensure alignment with internal systems and processes.

  • Upload and manage digital assets within VIP Portal and Academy platforms, ensuring content accuracy and accessibility.

  • Support event coordination activities, including maintaining records, preparing initial event documentation, reviewing presentation materials for format consistency, and managing staff registration lists.

  •  Assist in the creation or sourcing of basic event-related content, including simple video assets using Canva or similar tools.

  • Monitor and manage shared inboxes (e.g., info and marketing inboxes), ensuring timely review, appropriate forwarding, and proper email management.

  • Maintain and organize marketing assets, including printed materials, ensuring accurate tracking, naming conventions, and coordination with external vendors such as printers and 3PL providers.

  • Manage and organize digital files and folders within OneDrive to ensure accessibility, version control, and efficient document management.

  • Support sourcing and ordering of marketing materials through external suppliers (e.g., Alibaba), ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with requirements.

  • Communicate proactively with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and external partners to ensure smooth coordination and visibility of activities.

  •  Ensure all marketing administrative activities are performed in a timely, accurate, and cost-effective manner, aligned with best practices.

  • Contribute to a collaborative and proactive marketing team by supporting continuous improvement initiatives and applying feedback from peers and leadership.

Who are we looking for

 

  • Minimum educational requirement is Senior High School graduate or equivalent.

  • 0–2 years experience in marketing communications (or relevant internship/graduate role)

  • Exposure to Shopify and associated Apps (training, coursework or on-the-job)

  • With exposure and understanding of privacy, opt-in and unsubscribe principles (training provided)

  • Preferably with experience in marketing, communications or related qualification.

  • Excellent English communication and customer service skills, with proficiency at CEFR Level B2 or higher (spoken, written, and reading).

  • Strong data accuracy and high attention to detail.

  • Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute (WPM) with 90% accuracy.
