Create and maintain website and marketing visual assets using Canva or similar tools, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
Build and deploy email marketing campaigns (EDMs) via Klaviyo, including newsletters, events, and promotional communications, and support the setup of automated nurture programs.
Maintain and update the marketing database, ensuring accurate tagging, data integrity, and compliance with relevant data privacy and spam regulations.
Generate and prepare monthly reports on email marketing performance.
Create, update, and troubleshoot forms via PIFY, including design enhancements, and manage the export of form submissions.
Adapt supplier-provided social media content for local use, including copywriting and minor edits, and schedule posts across multiple brand accounts in line with content calendars.
Execute daily social media activities, including engagement (liking and commenting), story posting, inbox monitoring, and blog uploads to Substack.
Download, manage, and organize digital assets from customer portals for use across website and social channels.
Create marketing assets, including event invitations and promotional materials (e.g., campaign creatives such as Black Friday).
Support paid media activities through the creation of digital assets, including Performance Max (PMAX) creatives such as simple video edits and static designs.
Monitor digital marketing activities and proactively identify and resolve issues to ensure smooth execution.
Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure alignment, visibility, and timely delivery of activities.
Contribute to a collaborative, proactive marketing team and support continuous improvement initiatives through feedback and best practices.
Who are we looking for
Minimum educational requirement is Senior High School graduate or equivalent.
2 years experience in marketing, digital communications, webhosting, and/or website management experience (or relevant internship/graduate role)
Exposure to Shopify and associated Apps (training, coursework or on-the-job)
With exposure and understanding of privacy, opt-in and unsubscribe principles (training provided)
Preferably with experience in marketing, communications or related qualification.
