Operations & Brand Support Specialist (₱35K–₱40K | WFH | FREE AI Certification)

Anywhere in the Philippines | WFH | 9:00 PM–6:00 AM | Monday–Friday

Role Snapshot

You own the operational heartbeat of a growing brand, ensuring that every customer touchpoint, product launch, and digital asset is managed with precision. This role exists to bridge the gap between high-level brand strategy and daily execution, requiring you to manage everything from proactive sales inquiries to the technical integrity of e-commerce storefronts across Amazon, Faire, and Shopify.

This is a delivery-focused position within an offshore context where you will operate within defined daily scopes, reporting to a client-aligned lead. Best suited for professionals who thrive in structured environments, value measurable standards like response-time targets, and prefer clear accountability over ambiguous workflows.

You're Likely a Strong Fit If You Have

  • 3+ years of experience in e-commerce operations or sales-focused customer support
  • Proven background in a sales call center environment with a focus on conversion and volume management
  • Hands-on experience managing Amazon storefronts, Faire, or Shopify back-end systems, and Google Drive asset organization
  • Proficiency in utilizing AI tools (e.g., Gorgias AI) and basic video editing for social platforms
  • Willingness to work fixed night shifts (9 PM–6 AM) and comply with WFH technical requirements

Strong Signals

  • Experience in the skincare or beauty industry
  • Advanced proficiency in Pinterest SEO and board management
  • Direct experience coordinating influencer gifting and logistics tracking

Responsibility Pillars

Customer & Sales Growth

You own the conversion cycle—turning inquiries into revenue through proactive communication and rapid response.

  • Execute inbound and outbound sales support via email and social media DMs
  • Maintain a ≤2-hour response time during business hours to maximize satisfaction
  • Perform 100% daily follow-up on outstanding orders and customer inquiries

E-commerce & Site Integrity

You own the digital storefront—ensuring the brand's online presence is functional, accurate, and professional.

  • Conduct daily audits of the Website, Faire, and Amazon for pricing and link accuracy
  • Manage the end-to-end logistics for influencer gifting, dispatch, and tracking
  • Update and maintain the Wholesale New Flow Tracker and Influencer Data Hub

Digital Asset & Content Management

You own the organization of brand collateral—ensuring teams can access the right assets at the right time.

  • Maintain a highly organized Google Drive structure for all brand images and videos
  • Perform basic editing and formatting of Talk Shop Live (TSL) videos
  • Execute the launch checklist for new product releases across all stakeholders
