Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Senior Account Manager, Advertising Account Executive, or in a
similar senior-level client-facing role within a marketing, advertising, or communications agency
- Strong client relationship management and strategic project leadership skills
- In-depth understanding of marketing and advertising principles across multiple platforms
(digital, traditional, and integrated campaigns)
- Proficient in Canva and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint;
familiarity with project management and CRM tools is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-level accounts across diverse industries
while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong presentation and negotiation capabilities
- Collaborative team player with leadership experience and the ability to mentor junior
team members
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to
performance and decision-making
Duties And Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic planning and execution of account management activities to meet business goals and client expectations
- Plan budgets, allocate resources efficiently, and oversee financial performance of assigned accounts
- Set clear goals and performance objectives for the account management team and ensure alignment with company targets
- Provide regular feedback, mentorship, trainings, and guidance to junior and mid-level account staff to drive growth and performance
- Conduct periodic performance evaluations using key metrics and identify areas for development or improvement
- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring strong relationships and open communication are maintained
- Understand client business goals, challenges, and requirements to develop tailored solutions that deliver measurable value
- Drive client satisfaction by ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of services, campaigns, and deliverables
- Monitor the success and performance of campaigns, preparing regular reports and providing strategic recommendations for improvement
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and through potential leads to meet sales goals
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (creative, strategy, production) to ensure client needs are met and exceeded
- Ensure proper submission of deliverables, assignment of work shift schedules and tasks and adherence to document submission protocols
- Resolve client issues effectively, maintaining trust and long-term partnerships
- Review reports and updates from account teams and communicate quarterly and annual progress to senior management and external stakeholders
- Stay up to date with industry trends and client market landscapes to provide informed, forward-thinking advice
- Uphold a high standard of client service, representing the agency with professionalism and integrity
- SALARY RANGE: 20,000. 00 - 40,000.00

- WORK SCHEDULE: 9:00 AM - 6:00/ Monday to Friday (please note that we are on a hybrid setup, we report to the office or client's office as needed and required.
