Your Role And Responsibilities
Compensation & Benefit Practitioner
- Perform daily operation/delivery tasks as per DTP.
- Complete assignments as instructed by Team Leads.
- Collaborate and work with other team members.
- Participate in team/company events as required.
- Comply with IBM BCG and team social contract.
Payroll Practitioner
- Performs daily transactions linked to Client's tactical and strategic requirements focused on Human Resources processes/functions.
- Supports Client's strategy, priorities, and operations and broadly leverages this knowledge to achieve appropriate business process support.
- Develops and implements process and operational improvements to meet Client and IBM requirements.
- Handles daily Human Resources (HR) duties for the organization to address tasks linked to recruitment, record maintenance, payroll processing, first level of support, benefits, data maintenance, among other areas.
Employee Data Management Practitioner
- Inputs and processes employee data in the HR System to provide accurate and timely information to a variety of HR Services.
- Submits regular data feed file requirements to Global and/or data warehouse contact
- Provides services that relies on the processed employee data to meet the demand of the Service Level Agreement (SLA)
- Processes may be inclusive of but are not limited to the following:
- Document Indexing (Planning & Scheduling Team) - Sorting and assignment of correct work queue according to document type information
- Dispatching (Planning & Scheduling Team) - assignment to practitioner/ processor correct work and volume allocation
- Data Entry - processing of Transfers, Department and Org Changes, etc.
- QA- Reviews validity, accuracy and completeness of requests. Ensures compliance to the IBM and client's existing standards.
- Provides data for any internal business controls team as required. Implements and follows internal control measures and supports monthly compliance testing to ensure that processes meet business controls requirements
- Creates, updates and reviews documentation related to processing, reports and job aids used to manage data into the HR database
- Reporting
- Act as first level interface with end-users on reporting inquiries and issues
- Generation of standard/regular and ad hoc reports to end-users and ensures deliverables are submitted timely and accurately as per Service Level Agreement (SLA) with the clients. Logs all report transactions and completed tasks in the tracking Sheet
- Conducts analysis in ad hoc report requests to be able to provide concise and correct information to requestor
Required Technical And Professional Expertise
- Bachelor's/College Degree, preferably Human Resources related major.
- Intermediate in MS Excel/Word.
- Basic computer and internet navigation skills.
- Logical, organized, detailed, with good analytical skills
- Good English Communication (verbal & non verbal) Skills
- Amenable to working in shifting/night schedule
- Intermediate in MS Excel
Preferred Technical And Professional Experience
For Comp&Ben
- Compensation/Benefit experience is also preferable.
- BPO experience is preferable.
