Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Proven experience managing a high-volume upscale or luxury restaurant.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
  • Passion for guest engagement and delivering memorable dining experiences.
  • Strong understanding of Forbes/LQA luxury service expectations.
  • Ability to manage labour costs, scheduling, and daily operational controls.
  • Experience driving revenue, upselling, and outlet profitability.
  • Confident handling guest feedback and service recovery situations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Hands-on management style with high attention to detail.
  • Experience with POS systems, inventory control, and restaurant reporting.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Well-presented, professional, and service-oriented personality.
  • Fluent English communication skills; additional languages an advantage.
  • Pre-opening or international luxury hospitality experience preferred.
