Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Cebu for a Store Manager. The Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth functioning and exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities include managing staff, monitoring inventory, ensuring adherence to company policies, implementing retail loss prevention strategies, and driving sales and profitability. The Store Manager will also focus on achieving customer satisfaction while maintaining high operational standards and providing guidance to the store team.

Qualifications

• Strong Store Management skills, including overseeing daily operations and achieving sales targets
• Proven ability in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, creating and maintaining a positive shopping experience
• Strong Communication skills for effective team management and customer interactions
• Experience or knowledge in Retail Loss Prevention practices to minimize shrinkage and protect assets
• Problem-solving skills and decision-making ability under dynamic retail conditions
• Previous experience in retail or store management is preferred
• Familiarity with sales performance metrics and basic financial reporting is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field is advantageous
