Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Ensure all site clusters consistently follow approved facilities standards, guidelines, and work procedures
Define equipment and asset standards across sites and review all technical recommendations prior to implementation
Monitor preventive maintenance (PM) compliance, recurring issues, and overall maintenance performance across all clusters
Manage vendor performance to ensure service quality, safety compliance, and adherence to contractual requirements
Lead facility audits, monitor corrective actions, and ensure full compliance across all assigned sites
Supervise, coach, and support Facility Engineers in managing day-to-day site operations
Resolve escalated, high-impact, and recurring facility issues in a timely and effective manner
Plan, manage, and control Facilities OPEX and CAPEX budgets
Review, consolidate, and analyze reports from Facility Engineers to identify trends, risks, and required action plans
Perform other related duties that may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications

Educational Requirement

Graduate of any Engineering course
Must be a Licensed Engineer (required for government processing of business permits and related regulatory documents)
