Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage a team to determine and manage cargo payload capacity and evaluate rates that would maximize system wide revenue per origin and destination.
  • Provide insights on the optimized approach using forecasting for historical cargo demand through past trends and incorporating weight and volumetric payload assumptions for belly loading aircraft and full cargo freighters.
  • Responsible for creating policies and guidelines including but not limited to cargo priority loading that would maximize the use of cargo systems for cargo capacity control.
  • Identify seasonal needs and manage relevant strategies to stabilize imbalances in cargo demand and communicate the required capacity to Network Planning/NCC and CLC for proper aircraft assignment and total payload revenue maximization.
  • Responsible for cargo route network analysis, competitive intelligence, business case development, and strategy recommendations in coordination with broader cargo and passenger commercial teams.
  • Manage the automation of periodic financial reports, dashboards and executive scoreboards that would help in analyzing the performance of each sector needed by top management and other departments in cargo for decision making.
  • Oversee and ensure the coordination with Commercial Group, Cargo Operations, CLC and NCC any airline planned and ad hoc disruption related cases.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a graduate of any bachelor's degree course preferably in BS Management, BS Accountancy, BS Applied Mathematics, AB Statistics, AB Economics or any related field.
  • Must have at least 3 years of experience in Airline Cargo or Logistics industry.
  • Knowledge and/or familiarity in SK Reservations Systems, AIMs and Tableau is an advantage.
  • Must have the ability to map out and simplify complex ideas into processes and flowcharts.
  • Prior experience in managing a diverse and small-medium sized team is a plus.
  • Must be proficient in Statistical/ Economic Analysis.
  • Must have intermediate to advanced proficiency in using MS Office Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Must have experience in managing internal and/or external stakeholders.
  • Must have a valid work visa or legal authorization to work in the Philippines

Note: This position will be based in Pasay City, Metro Manila but currently follows a hybrid workplace flexibility arrangement.
