The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for directing the enhancement, upkeep, and ongoing improvement of production machinery, refrigeration units, compressed air systems, electrical and power networks, and other essential plant utilities. This role oversees daily engineering activities, drives preventive maintenance initiatives, manages project implementations, and ensures a safe, efficient, and compliant plant environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leads the execution of the Preventive Maintenance (PM) Program to maintain optimal equipment performance and reliability.
- Ensures production equipment is properly maintained and continuously improved through repairs, system upgrades, and reliability-focused initiatives.
- Monitors and enhances the performance of refrigeration systems by managing PM schedules, corrective maintenance, and system improvement plans.
- Oversees the planning, execution, and completion of plant engineering projects, ensuring deadlines, quality standards, and contractor performance are met.
- Manages engineering expenditures and resource allocation to achieve cost efficiency and stay within approved budgets.
- Upholds all safety, environmental, health, and quality regulations across engineering operations.
- Ensures adherence to company policies, GMP standards, food safety requirements, quality programs, and applicable safety regulations.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in an Engineering field; professional licensure is an advantage.
- Minimum of three (3) years of supervisory experience in a food manufacturing environment, ideally with exposure to comparable production processes.
- Solid background in operating and maintaining process equipment, refrigeration and ventilation systems, electrical and power distribution, water and steam systems, compressed air systems, and various rotating equipment.
- Willing to work on-site in Sucat, Muntinlupa.
