About the Role:
As aFacilities & Maintenance Engineering Supervisor (pharmaceutical industry), you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our manufacturing equipment, machines, and facilities are efficient, safe, and compliant.
Qualifications:
- Graduate or undergraduate ofBS Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering, or a related field(Professional License is a plus).
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an engineer in pharmaceutical manufacturing required.
- Hands on Experience and knowledge in the maintenance and operation of manufacturing Electrical Systems, Production Machineries, Laboratory Equipment, HVAC, De-ionized Water System, Waste Water System, and Compressed Air systems are advantageous.
- A plus if with experience interacting with regulatory bodies such as DENR, PDEA, PNP, LLDA, and BFP, and/or Previous training/accreditation on PCO for DENR & LLDA + BOSH SO2.
- Excellent documentation skills and a strong understanding of manufacturing compliance with regulatory bodies.
- Knowledgeable in IQ/OQ/DQ/PQ documentations.
- Highly trainable with a strong potential for career growth and leadership role in Facilities and Maintenance department.
- Demonstrated leadership potential.
- Willingness to work in Silang, Cavite, Mondays to Saturdays 8am to 5pm(currently on temporary compressed workweek Mondays to Fridays)
