A Store Maintenance Specialist is responsible for the installation, repair, and upkeep of store equipment and facilities, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. This role involves conducting regular inspections and preventive maintenance on kitchen equipment, refrigeration units, and other machinery, as well as handling general repairs in electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and minor civil works.
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience in maintenance, facilities management, or a related field, preferably in a food service or retail environment.
- College diploma or equivalent; Degree from a vocational school or BSc/BA in business administration, technical course or facility management will be an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of equipment maintenance procedures, troubleshooting techniques, and safety protocols.
- Must have profound knowledge in general maintenance and repair electrical, mechanical, electronics, civil works, etc.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality results and maintaining cleanliness standards.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
- Willing to contribute to the success of our food kiosk, carts and/or stores by ensuring operational efficiency, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.
