Position Overview
Join JLL's Asset Management team in Manila as an Analyst/Junior Associate, where you'll support strategic management and optimization of our hotel asset management clients.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Analysis & Reporting
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for assigned properties
- Develop and maintain financial models and cash flow projections
- Conduct variance analysis and provide commentary on performance metrics
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes
- Assist in preparation of investor reporting packages
Asset Performance Monitoring
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including occupancy, rental rates, and NOI
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis
- Prepare property performance dashboards and presentations
Investment Analysis
- Support due diligence processes for acquisitions and dispositions
- Assist in valuation analysis and investment committee presentations
- Conduct comparable property analysis and market studies
- Support business plan development and implementation
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Participating in client meetings and discussions
- Coordinate with teams on operational matters
- Support investor relations activities
- Maintain business development activity plan; Assist with proposals
- Strong analytical and excel modelling skills exposure to STR and Hotel Stats market tools
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in real estate, Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in real estate, investment banking, or financial analysis (fresh graduates with strong academic credentials and relevant internships considered)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities
