Expectation is to be able to performs general upkeep, inspections, and repairs on buildings
(internal and external), equipment (lights, machinery, etc), and grounds, handling tasks like
plumbing fixes, electrical troubleshooting, painting, carpentry, and grounds keeping to ensure
facilities run safely and efficiently, using various hand/power tools and following safety
protocols.
Qualifications
- Graduate of Vocational or Technical course
- TESDA certificate is a plus
- With 2-3 years working experience in plumbing, electrical, painting and carpentry
- Physically fit
- Someone who is easy going and familiar with being all-around with maintenance work
- Flexible to tasks and has initiative as to what can be improved
- Employment: Full-time
- Salary: Bi-monthly salary
- Location: Makati City
- Office hours: 9am-5pm, Mondays to Saturdays
