*Maintenance Person*
Location: 5608 South Superhighway corner Fahrenheit St. Palanan Makati City
Office hours: 9am-5pm, Mondays to Saturdays
Salary Range: 18-20k/month
Job Descriptions
Expectation is to be able to performs general upkeep, inspections, and repairs on buildings
(internal and external), equipment (lights, machinery, etc), and grounds, handling tasks like
plumbing fixes, electrical troubleshooting, painting, carpentry, and groundskeeping to ensure
facilities run safely and efficiently, using various hand/power tools and following safety
protocols.
