SUPERVISOR, BUILDING & OUTSIDE MAINTENANCE AND PLUMBING
(Work base: Compostela, Cebu)
Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage maintenance activities of building facilities, plumbing systems, and auxiliary equipment (e.g., air compressors, deep well pumps, softeners, and water systems).
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues involving mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Coordinate with other Engineering Services Department (ESD) Supervisors to maintain smooth plant operations.
Qualifications
- Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
- PRC License is a great advantage.
- With at least 12 years of supervisory experience in a related field.
- Preferably with experience in 2D and 3D design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpretation skills.
- Flexible, results-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Highly organized, reliable, and possesses strong leadership and attention to detail.
