WE'RE LOOKING FOR
SUPERVISOR, BUILDING & OUTSIDE MAINTENANCE AND
PLUMBING
(Work base: Compostela, Cebu)
Responsibilities
Supervise and manage maintenance activities of building facilities, plumbing systems, and
auxiliary equipment (e.g., air compressors, deep well pumps, softeners, and water systems).
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues involving mechanical, electrical, and plumbing
systems.
Coordinate with other Engineering Services Department (ESD) Supervisors to maintain smooth
plant operations.
Qualifications
Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
PRC License is a great advantage.
With at least 12 years of supervisory experience in a related field.
Preferably with experience in 2D and 3D design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or
similar).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpretation skills.
Flexible, results-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
Highly organized, reliable, and possesses strong leadership and attention to detail.
