Logistics Supervisor

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Valenzuela for a Logistics Supervisor. The Logistics Supervisor will oversee daily operations, ensuring seamless execution of packaging and freight delivery processes. Responsibilities include managing inventory, coordinating dispatch and delivery schedules, supervising team performance, and ensuring quality standards. The Logistics Supervisor will also address customer service inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.

• Strong Supervisory Skills and the ability to lead and motivate teams effectively
• Experience in Operations Management, including logistics and workflow optimization
• Proficiency in Inventory Management to ensure proper stock control and accurate records
• Excellent Communication skills for collaborating with team members, upper management, and customers
• Customer Service expertise to address and resolve client inquiries or concerns professionally
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Familiarity with industry-standard logistics software is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred
