The Senior Officer, Policy is responsible for supporting the Vice President for Policy with all phases of policy management. This role involves comprehensive review of all gaming operations policies and collaboration with relevant departments such as Casino Technical, Slots, Table Games etc. The Senior Officer will also manage documentation workflow, and ensure all approved policies are organized in the central repository.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist the team in reviewing all existing policies for all gaming operations policies.
Coordinate with other departments and proactively engage with policy owners to discuss necessary revisions and address concerns.
Track status of all policies in the pipeline and follow up on pending revisions to ensure timely turnaround.
Ensure all necessary internal and external approvals are obtained prior to finalizing policies in the central repository.
Assist in administrative tasks to ensure workflow on the department remains constant.
Perform other duties as assigned.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree Public Administration, Business Management, or a related field.
1–2 years of work experience in the gaming industry.
Proven experience in coordination with multiple stakeholders including senior level management.
