What You'll Do in the Role

We're looking for an experienced Asset Finance Broker Assistant to support us in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

This is not an entry-level role. We need someone who knows asset finance processing, someone who can step in, take ownership, and keep deals moving without needing hand-holding.

• Asset finance (consumer & commercial)
• High volumes of inbound and referred leads
• End-to-end deal processing and lender follow-ups
• Supporting an agency principal directly with submissions, structuring and pipeline management
• You'll play a key role in keeping turnaround times tight and client experience seamless.

Skills /Qualifications

Industry Experience: Finance broking, specifically car loans

Location/Market Experience: Australia (AU) experience required

Essential experience

• Proven experience processing asset finance (consumer and commercial)
• Strong understanding of cashflow lending products
• Confident working with lender portals such as:
• Pepper Money
• Metro Finance
• Firstmac
• Now Finance
• Allied Credit and more
• Ability to manage a high volume pipeline without sacrificing accuracy
• Strong communication skills with clients, lenders and internal team members
• Excellent attention to detail and time management

Bonus points for

• Experience within a brokerage (rather than direct lender)
• Familiarity with compliance requirements and documentation standards
• Confidence identifying missing information before it becomes an issue
