Job Description

  • Prepare fresh, high-quality ingredients for a diverse menu, ensuring great presentation and taste
  • Maintain cleanliness and comply with food sanitation requirements by properly handling food and equipment
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment of Makati Sports Club, Inc., a premier food & beverage destination
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver exceptional dining experiences to our members and guests
  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality, or related field.
  • Experience Level: 1 to 3 years of experience working in a professional kitchen environment.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong cooking skills, familiarity with health and safety regulations, ability to work under pressure, and excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Preparation of ingredients, assembly of dishes according to recipes, maintaining a clean and organized work station, and assisting with inventory management.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced kitchen setting, requires long periods of standing, exposure to heat, and may include evening and weekend work.
