Role Description

As a Chef De Partie, you will play a key role in food preparation and ensuring culinary excellence by managing a specific section of the kitchen. Responsibilities include preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes based on established standards, monitoring food quality, ensuring proper sanitation and hygiene, and supervising kitchen staff when necessary. You will collaborate with the kitchen team and head chef to maintain consistent quality and timely service. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Laoag.

Qualifications

Ability to prepare and cook dishes according to recipes while maintaining quality, portion sizes, and presentation
Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen sanitation practices
Team leadership, time-management, and organizational skills to effectively supervise kitchen staff and ensure smooth operations
Understanding of international and local cuisines, including buffet and ala carte service requirements
Commitment to continuous learning and embracing innovation in food preparation and presentation
Previous experience as a Chef De Partie or similar role in a professional kitchen is highly desirable
Formal culinary training or certification is an advantage
Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to varying demands
