Role Description

  • Prepare and submit all documentation concerning the accreditation of new principals, ships, and positions to the DMW.
  • Process crew contracts via the DMW system and ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Upload correctly processed contracts to VINTA, adhering to established procedures.
  • Update, submit, and embark crew status in the DMW system as required.
  • Monitor processed Overseas Employment Certificates (OECs) and cancel those expired prior to the date of issuance.
  • Request funding for DMW and Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA) payments and submit monthly reports for billing purposes.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual reports on processing activities and status updates.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of any Bachelor of Science program
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience in a similar role
  • Experience in dealing with government agency
  • Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and DMW systems
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
