Draft, proofread, and manage legal documents such as contracts, pleadings, affidavits, and memoranda
Assist in legal research and compile relevant case law, statutes, and precedents
Manage and organize legal files, both electronic and paper-based
Maintain calendars, schedule meetings, and track case deadlines
Liaise with internal teams, government agencies, clients, and external counsel
Prepare and submit documentation for regulatory compliance and permits
Requirements
Graduate of Legal Management, Political Science, or any equivalent course
Must have at least 3 months of Paralegal experience gained from a real estate company, land development or law firms catering to real estate companies.
Having a background in drafting and preparing contracts, liaising to Registry of Deeds, and notarial experience would be an advantage.
Must be willing to liaise with government offices, clients, etc.
