Basic Function
The Legal Administrative Assistant will provide day‑to‑day operational and administrative support to the Legal Department, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and confidentiality in all tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage licensing applications and renewals (Collection Agency License, TPA, Utilization Review, Telemarketing, Annual Reports) along with other assigned compliance tasks.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the department's lawyers, enhancing overall office productivity.
- Coordinate communications with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
- Prepare, file, and maintain basic legal documents and correspondence.
- Maintain updated contact lists and departmental databases.
- Organize calendars, track projects, filings, and monitor deadlines.
- Process vendor invoices and billings, handle scanning, emails, and calls with efficiency and discretion.
- Generate receipts and manage MRS for P.O. cases.
- Schedule appointments, manage filing systems, and ensure timely opening/closing of case files.
- Proofread documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
- Compile reports, copy records, and maintain both physical and electronic files in shared folders.
- Ensure adherence to attendance schedules, company policies, and procedures.
- Input compliance data into GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) systems.
- Support company objectives by completing assigned duties and additional tasks as required.
Education Requirements
- Graduate of any four‑year business course.
