Job Description

Responsibilities

  • HR Manager Assistance
  • Support the HR Manager in daily HR operations and administrative tasks.
  • Assist in preparing HR reports,documentation, and employee records.
  • Help implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives.
  • Recruitment Support
  • Assist in posting job openings for rank-and-file positions.
  • Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates.
  • Support onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.
  • Timekeeping & Attendance
  • Maintain accurate attendance and timekeeping records.
  • Monitor leaves, absences, and tardiness, and report to HR Manager.
  • Provide support for payroll processing by submitting accurate attendance data.
  • Trainee Monitoring
  • Assist in onboarding and monitoring trainees, ensuring adherence to training schedules.
  • Track trainee attendance, performance,and progress.
  • Report updates to the HR Manager or Training Supervisor.
  • Company Events Support
  • Assist in planning, organizing, and coordinating company events and employee engagement programs.
  • Prepare materials and logistics support during events.
  • Other HR Assistance
  • Maintain organized employee files and HR documentation.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by the HR Manager to support HR operations.

Job Requirements

Educational Attainment

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.

Work Experience

  • 1 year experience in HR support or administrative roles preferred.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome
