Job Description

Job Title: Legal Administration Assistant

Reports to: Legal Support Managers

Job Summary:

Full Time position responsible for data entry and information processing. Prepares reports,

correspondence, letters, research, and other materials.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Input data into computers at a very efficient rate of speed.
  • Set up and prepare reports.
  • Perform research as necessary.
  • Prepare letters and other correspondence.
  • Write highly technical material.
  • Edit material.
  • Prepare master copies for distribution and approval.
  • Input items, numbers, or other data including client information, medical records, or licenses into computer.
  • Proofread entries.
  • Confer with managers on final product.

The Legal Administration Assistant will assist in providing a broad spectrum of behind the scenes support to our staff for the management of cases.

Education and Experience:

Computer Expertise Required.

Proficiency of the English Language.
