Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Deliver lectures and tutorials for marketing modules, with a focus on branding, marketing communications and CRM, aligned with approved curricula and learning outcomes.
- Design and facilitate engaging and applied learning experiences using case studies, simulations, and project-based activities related to brand strategy, integrated marketing communications, and customer engagement.
- Assess and evaluate student learning using a range of methods, including tests, examinations, assignments, and industry-linked group projects.
- Contribute to curriculum development and continuous improvement, ensuring alignment with evolving industry practices, digital transformation, and academic standards.
- Supervise student projects and internships with industry partners
- Counsel and mentor students to support their learning and personal development, providing education and career guidance, and coach them for competitions.
- Undertake academic-related administration and committee work, support outreach activities and study trips, and ad-hoc projects that support the school's mission.
- Plan, lead, manage and develop industry projects.
- A minimum of three (3) years of relevant industry experience in marketing or related disciplines such as branding, marketing communications, or CRM.
- Demonstrated interest and aptitude for teaching, with a learner-centered and nurturing approach to support both young adults and adult learners.
- Ability to design, deliver, and assess effective teaching and learning experiences, incorporating applied, data-informed, and AI-enabled approaches where appropriate.
- Capability to plan, develop, and continuously improve marketing modules and curriculum, in alignment with institutional objectives, industry relevance, and academic standards.
- Sound understanding of consumer behaviour and market dynamics, with the ability to analyse data and contextualise concepts using real-world examples.
- Strong IT and digital literacy, including proficiency in MS Office and the use of educational technologies to support teaching and learning.
- Effective communication, presentation, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well within a team and support school-wide activities.
