About The Opportunity

• Adecco is partnering with an established education institution in Singapore to recruit a full-time Business & Marketing Lecturer. Fresh PhD graduates and experienced candidates are welcome.
• Teach undergraduate and postgraduate programmes, with exposure to module leadership and research supervision.
  
  

• Teach Marketing and another business discipline through lectures, tutorials and workshops.
• Develop curriculum, course materials and blended learning activities aligned with learning outcomes.
• Set, mark and moderate assessments; review results and academic appeals.
• Undertake Programme Leader or Module Leader responsibilities and coordinate associate lecturers.
• Supervise final-year projects, dissertations and student research.
• Monitor student progress, provide academic guidance and act on learner feedback.
• Support academic quality assurance, university audits, programme reviews and school initiatives.
• Maintain scholarly activity and professional development supporting AACSB faculty standards.
  
  

• Completed PhD in a business discipline is preferred, with evidence of published research.
• Ideally 5-7 years of relevant experience; candidates with less experience and fresh PhD graduates are welcome. Relevant industry experience will be considered.
• Marketing expertise, including Digital Marketing, Consumer Behaviour, Marketing Research or Brand Management, plus another business discipline.
• Strong curriculum development, LMS experience and ACTA, ACLP or DACE qualifications are advantages.
• Available for a full-time, campus-based appointment, including evening or weekend teaching shifts according to programme schedules.
