Job Specifications Experience

With 3 years experience in leasing or retail management or significant exposure to the shopping center industry.

Educational Requirement

Graduate of BS/BA Degree in Management, Business Administration, Marketing or any other business-related courses.

A related master's degree is not required but will be an advantage.

Licenses/Certifications None

Communication skills (written/verbal)

Negotiation skills Financial Accountability

Budget preparation, rental and sales income projection.
