Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dasmariñas for a Leasing Manager at SM Supermalls. The Leasing Manager will oversee lease administration, manage tenant relationships, and ensure compliance with leasing terms. Responsibilities include conducting market research, negotiating lease agreements, supporting tenant onboarding, driving resident retention, and collaborating with other departments to optimize property management efforts. The ideal candidate will focus on achieving occupancy goals and maintaining a thriving retail environment.

Qualifications:

• at least 8 years in experience in the Corporate Real Estate industry with adept lease negotiation, operations, account and property management.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Clear and dynamic communicator with strong persuasive negotiation skills.
• Competent in contract review backed by knowledge on Philippine Civil Code and Real Estate laws.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office / Property Management / Financial Management.
• Ability to work on-site in SM City Dasmariñas and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Previous experience in leasing, retail, or property management is an advantage.
