Billing Supervisor

Nature of Employment: Full Time

Working Setup: Hybrid (3 days onsite & 2 days remote)

Location: Makati City

Working Schedule: Night Shift

Basic Salary: Up to PHP 85,000

Role Overview:

The Accountant supports the overall accounting process by preparing reports, performing reconciliations, and ensuring the accuracy of financial records. This role is responsible for maintaining the general ledger, reviewing financial data, and supporting reporting and audit requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

The Supervisor, Billing has the overall management of the operations of its assigned section. He/She shall manage the recruitment, training, coaching, mentoring, provide directions to the team based on the firm's core values and service value proposition and programs and addressing members key ask or help needed from the management. He/she ensures transparency of operations with major stakeholders by providing constant updates and regular feedback.

Qualifications:

• At least five (5) years of relevant experience in billing operations, with a strong understanding of end-to-end billing processes
• A minimum of one (1) to three (3) years of experience as a Team Leader/Supervisor or in leading a project, initiative, or program to demonstrate the ability to effectively lead a team
• Knowledge in e-billing is an advantage
• Experience in any financial software
• Legal background is an advantage
• One must have experience in working directly with senior leadership and stakeholders
• An established project management skills
• Excellent comms skills
