Job Description- Consult with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to analyze learning needs, define learning outcomes, and align on instructional strategy.
- Design and develop instructional content and performance support materials, including:
- eLearning
- Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT/ILT)
- Microlearning
- Toolkits, job aids, infographics, and videos
- Deliver live virtual and in-person learning sessions using platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and other learning technologies.
- Ensure high learner engagement and satisfaction through best practices in adult learning theory, instructional design, and facilitation.
- Conduct pre-, mid-, and post-session communications and learning reinforcements for virtual and instructor-led sessions.
- Evaluate learning effectiveness using performance metrics, feedback mechanisms, and post-training assessments to refine future design and delivery.
