This role operates as a hands-on learning practitioner within a system-led L&D function, contributing both to learning design and learning delivery, with accountability centered on execution quality, and learner experience.
Key Accountabilities:
Learning Design & Development
- Co-design learning modules and components aligned to enterprise learning architecture, competency frameworks, and learning maps
- Develop high-quality learning materials including session designs, facilitator guides, participant materials, activities, and reinforcement tools
- Apply adult learning principles, experiential methods, and blended learning approaches in program design
- Customize learning content to reflect Palawan Group's business context, culture, and capability priorities
- Support pilots and iterations of learning journeys based on feedback and evaluation data
Training Delivery & Facilitation
- Facilitate classroom, virtual, and hybrid learning sessions, primarily for individual contributors and operational teams
- Deliver learning experiences that build priority core capabilities, service behaviors, and functional effectiveness
- Adapt facilitation approach based on audience, learning objectives, and group dynamics
- Uphold enterprise standards for facilitation quality and learner engagement
Learning Implementation & Reinforcement
- Support end-to-end execution of learning programs, including pre-work, in-session activities, and post-session reinforcement
- Assist in embedding learning outputs into Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and on-the-job practice
- Coordinate with Supervisors, Managers, and HRBPs to support learning application in the workplace
- Contribute to manager-as-coach reinforcement mechanisms as designed by Enterprise L&D
Measurement, Reporting & Improvement
- Support learning evaluation at Levels 1 to 3 (reaction, learning, application) for assigned programs
- Consolidate feedback, participation data, and basic application insights
- Prepare learning documentation and reports to support governance, tracking, and continuous improvement
- Participate in review and refinement of learning interventions based on results
Collaboration & Professional Practice
- Work closely with the L&D Supervisor and L&D Manager to deliver assigned learning initiatives
- Partner with subject-matter experts to ensure technical and functional accuracy of learning content
- Support LMS-enabled learning journeys through content upload, session coordination, and learner tracking
- Continuously build personal capability in learning design, facilitation, and evaluation in line with enterprise standards
Qualifications:
Education
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, Business, or a related field
Experience
- 35 years experience in corporate training, learning facilitation, or learning and development
- Demonstrated experience in both learning design and training delivery
- Experience facilitating programs for frontline or individual contributor populations
- Exposure to blended learning and structured learning programs is preferred
Functional Skills
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills
- Working knowledge of adult learning principles and experiential learning
- Ability to translate learning objectives into practical session designs and materials
- Comfortable working with LMS platforms and digital learning tools
