Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver learning solutions that align with business objectives
  • Guide teams in creating innovative and effective training programs
  • Coach and support junior team members in their development and capability building
  • Work closely with stakeholders to identify learning needs and requirements
  • Utilize technology to improve and modernize learning delivery
  • Assess and measure the impact and effectiveness of training programs
  • Promote ongoing enhancement of learning approaches and methodologies
  • Ensure all programs are aligned with organizational goals and direction

What You Must Have:


  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in Learning and Development
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, required

  • Experience handling large-scale, enterprise-wide programs
  • Background in designing and executing learning solutions
  • Experience applying technology-based learning methods
  • Strong ability to manage stakeholders and build relationships

  • Strong knowledge of digital learning trends and practices
  • Strong analytical skills and facilitation expertise
  • Experience managing end-to-end L&D programs
