Business Enablement Lead
Key Responsibilities
- . Provide high-level strategic support to the CEO in managing cross-functional interactions to accelerate decision making, priority, and alignment across leadership teams. Support key initiatives that drive achievement of organization objectives
- . Formulate and monitor implementation of key strategic initiatives across all departments (e.g., Growth, Products, Marketing, Tech, HR) to ensure timely execution and benefit realization (e.g., financial results)
- . Review and redesign overall corporate governance structure to help accelerate growth through aligning key decision makers effectively while maintaining high risk and oversight requirement
- . Support in the scouting and development of potential M&A opportunities working closely with Group and key shareholders
Key Skills and Qualifications
- . Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Business, or related disciplines . Must have 6+ years of experience in insurance including Distribution, Strategy,
- and Corporate Development, with a proven track record in managing senior stakeholders, programs, and strategy implementation that drives an organization's key initiatives
- . Must have strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills . Must have outstanding relationship-building skills across internal and external
- stakeholders . Must have strong analytical skills to complement a data-driven approach
- towards implementing strategic initiatives across departments . Must have enhanced ability to multitask and prioritize critical deliverables
- against tight deadlines . Must be a self-starter with a proven track record of working in a fast-paced
- and changing environment
