Overview:
Is responsible for end-to-end site implementation of LSS framework and leadership as well as developing the extended TI team in terms of training and mentoring in Process Excellence methodologies. The leader is expected to align and grow the global strategy Enable TELUS International team members to identify true root cause and execute process improvements to deliver value for the organization and our clients.
