Job Summary
The Learning and Development Head is responsible for leading the overall learning strategy, ensuring employees are equipped with the skills and capabilities needed to support business growth. This role drives the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of training programs across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the organization's learning and development strategy aligned with business objectives
- Design and deliver training programs including onboarding, leadership development, and functional skills training
- Identify capability gaps and create targeted learning interventions
- Establish learning frameworks, tools, and systems to support scalable training delivery
- Partner with business leaders to align training initiatives with organizational needs
- Evaluate training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Integrate digital learning platforms and modern learning methodologies
- Lead and manage the L&D team, ensuring strong performance and development
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field
- Proven experience in learning and development, training, or organizational development
- Strong experience in training design, facilitation, and program management
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to drive initiatives in a fast-paced environment
