About The Job

The Leadership and Professional Devt. Officer is responsible for Organization and/or Learning and Development areas such as but not limited to Onboarding and Integration, Performance Management, Talent and Succession Management, Learning Management System Learning and Development, and any L&D interventions required. The job involves end to end program/offering management from Assessment, Design, Delivery, Implementation and Evaluation. These offerings help develop people, reinforce culture, and promote employee engagement and wellness. From time to time, this job also supports other PCD programs/offerings as needed.

What You'll Do

  • Manages end to end PCD Offerings/Programs from Needs Assessment, Design, Delivery, Implementation, and Evaluation with focus on Leadership and Professional Skills.
  • Co-Designs with minimal to zero supervision and delivers People and Culture Development programs or offerings such as but not limited to orientation, workshop courses for Onboarding, Performance Management, Talent and Succession Management, Leadership Courses, Business and Professional Skills, and Employee Engagement Activities.
  • Produces related reporting for Onboarding, Performance Management, Talent and Succession Management, and other People and Culture initiatives, including analysis and recommendations.
  • Collaborates with line managers and different HR teams in the completion of People and Culture Development related programs and activities. Ensures that the program or offering is relevant to the stakeholders and contributes to achievement of business results.

C1 Expert Level

  • Has in-depth knowledge in Organization Development/Effectiveness, Learning and Development, and basic knowledge of related disciplines
  • Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective on existing solutions
  • May lead projects or project steps within a broader project or have accountability for ongoing activities or objectives
  • Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience
  • May represent the level at which career may stabilize for many years or even until retirement
  • Uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products/services or processes
  • Typically resolves complex problems or problems where precedent may not exist
  • Often leads the work of small project teams; may formally train junior staff
  • Works independently

What You Need To Have

  • At least 5-8 years of solid experience in HR Organization, Org Development and/or Learning and Development and or HR Business Partnering
  • Excellent facilitation, communication and collaboration skills
  • Above average analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Stakeholder management
  • Project management
  • Intermediate Skills in MS Office (PPT, Excel- Pivot Charts, VlookUp , Word) and MS Teams
  • Experience in HR Business Partnering
  • Experience in Coaching
  • Experience using Course Authoring Tools like Articulate, Adobe Captivate
  • Experience in using Canva
