Job Summary

At PwC, our people in managed services focus on a variety of outsourced solutions and support clients across numerous functions. These individuals help organisations streamline their operations, reduce costs, and improve efficiency by managing key processes and functions on their behalf. They are skilled in project management, technology, and process optimization to deliver high-quality services to clients. Those in managed service management and strategy at PwC will focus on transitioning and running services, along with managing delivery teams, programmes, commercials, performance and delivery risk. Your work will involve the process of continuous improvement and optimising of the managed services process, tools and services.

The Opportunity

When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs), you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services, from Advisory to Assurance, Tax and Business Services. In our innovative hubs, you'll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You'll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.

As part of the Managed Services team you are going to oversee the end-to-end delivery of managed services, delivering availability and stability of critical IT systems. As a Senior Manager you are going to lead diverse teams, drive automation initiatives, and promote a culture of continuous improvement, enhancing service delivery and client satisfaction.

What You Must Have

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 10 to 15 years of experience
  • Oral and written proficiency in English required
