About Our Client

The client is a leading shared services organization supporting global operations and is currently undergoing a significant finance transformation to optimize and create more efficient processes.

Job Description

  • Own end‑to‑end finance service design across core processes (with a focus on P2P and O2C), producing clear process maps, service models, and optimization opportunities.
  • Define and embed performance architecture, setting outcome‑based KPIs and service standards aligned to stakeholder value.
  • Establish and enforce process governance, including ownership, decision rights, and regulatory compliance.
  • Proactively manage risk and controls, identifying gaps early and embedding controls by design in partnership with Risk and Audit.
  • Lead and deliver finance transformation initiatives, taking direct accountability for outcomes beyond coordination.
  • Drive continuous improvement and automation, standardizing processes and progressing manual‑to‑automated solutions with clear business cases.
  • Partner consultatively with stakeholders, adapting communication, influencing decisions, and resolving obstacles.
  • Lead and challenge a multi‑layered team, driving accountability, addressing underperformance, and maintaining focus on transformation outcomes.

The Successful Applicant

  • At least 10 years leadership experience in finance transformation and finance operations
  • Proven delivery of large‑scale finance initiatives in global environments (projects, system implementations, or migrations)
  • Strong end‑to‑end finance process expertise, particularly across P2P, O2C, and R2R
  • Experience designing scalable operating models, governance, and control frameworks
  • Solid background in ERP‑enabled transformation and operational improvement
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders across functions and geographies
  • Strong, adaptable communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Track record of leading teams in fast‑paced, high‑accountability environments
