Lead, Project Management

Job Purpose

• Responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing specific information technology projects related to the development, enhancement, and maintenance of systems and applications.
• Adherence to established project management methodologies, policies, standards and procedures.
• Develops detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for IT projects.
• Executes project activities, monitor progress, and manage the project timeline to ensure on-time delivery.
• Tracks project budget and manage expenditures to stay within allocated funds.
• Identifies, assesses, and manages project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
• Oversees testing phases (e.g., system, integration, user acceptance) to ensure solutions meet requirements and are defect-free.
• Ensures all project activities and deliverables comply with relevant RCBC and RBSC policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Extensive IT Project Management Experience: 3-5+ years of progressive experience in IT project management, including successfully leading complex projects.
• Domain Expertise: Significant experience working within the financial services or payments industry, with a strong understanding of cards, payments, loans and associated technologies.
• Portfolio Management Experience: Experience managing a portfolio of multiple projects simultaneously.
• Vendor and Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated ability to effectively manage relationships with external vendors and diverse internal stakeholders.
• Experience with Methodologies: Practical experience with various project management methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Agile).
