Job Description

Job Summary

As a Project Scheduler, you will play a critical role in driving project success by developing, maintaining, and optimizing project schedules to support business objectives. You will work closely with project managers and stakeholders to provide schedule visibility, monitor progress, identify risks, and ensure timely delivery of key milestones. This role requires strong expertise in project scheduling, critical path analysis, forecasting, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive integrated project schedules, including Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), dependencies, milestones, and delivery phases.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure schedules accurately reflect current status, risks, and planned activities.
  • Conduct schedule health checks and quality assurance reviews to ensure logic integrity, realistic sequencing, and reliable critical path identification.
  • Perform critical path analysis, risk assessments, and scenario planning to proactively manage project timelines and mitigate potential delays.
  • Provide accurate schedule forecasts, milestone tracking, progress reports, and look-ahead planning to support informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate with project managers, delivery teams, and stakeholders to align schedules with project objectives and delivery commitments.
  • Communicate project status, risks, issues, and schedule impacts to stakeholders while managing expectations effectively.
  • Support successful project execution by identifying opportunities for schedule optimization and process improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Expert proficiency in Microsoft Project Professional.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Delivery Operations Control, Project Scheduling, or Program Controls.
  • Strong experience in developing and managing complex project schedules across multiple workstreams.
  • Proven ability to perform schedule analysis, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Experience in critical path methodology (CPM), schedule risk analysis, and timeline management.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to analyze project data and provide actionable insights to improve project performance.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Program Control Services (PCS).
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and governance frameworks.
  • Experience supporting large-scale, cross-functional projects.
