Primary Responsibilities:
- Leads project teams, designs, and manages all activities throughout the entire project lifecycle (initiation, planning, execution/ controlling, closure)
- Ensures that all project deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and done in accordance with the set quality parameters.
- Establishes, communicates and continually manages project expectations with team members and project stakeholders.
- Manages project methodologies incorporating standards, processes, documentation and reporting which fits the project and puts emphasis on the quality of decision making and timely delivery of the project.
- Sources/ liaises with possible vendors arising from the project requirements. Manages relationships with a range of internal and external suppliers, defines and documents requirements through the preparation of Request for Proposal (RFP) or Request for Information (RFI) and acceptable service level agreements/ performance metrics.
- Develops vendor selection evaluation criteria, prepares benchmarking studies, operational viability, organizational fit and cost and scenario analysis based on proposals received and negotiation with third party to ensure cost efficiency and suitability.
- Facilitates the creation of business cases and/or project scope to analyze feasibility of a proposed initiative and make recommendations to the Program Manager.
Basic Qualifications:
- Graduate of a bachelor's degree in business, economics, management engineering, industrial engineering or the like
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience
- Has a strong project management back ground. Project management/business process analysis certifications (such as Agile, Six Sigma, etc) are a plus.
- Able to gather data, analyze simple to complex problems and apply job expertise in making critical decisions.
- Can formulate and execute effective negotiation strategies with third parties.
- Must be a good team player.
- Must have excellent communication skills.

Note: This position is for an Individual Contributor and will be based in Pasay City, Metro Manila but currently follows a hybrid workplace flexibility arrangement.
