Job Description:
1. Project Planning and Execution
- Drive the planning and execution of mid to large-scale technical logistics projects, including 3PL system integration, and feature deployment
- Ensure that technical solutions are scalable, resilient, and aligned with business goals
2. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with product teams to define requirements for backend logistics systems
- Facilitate effective communication and alignment across technical and non-technical teams
3. Risk and Timeline Management
- Build and manage execution timelines, and deliverables across multiple teams and stakeholders
- Identify risks, track dependencies, and proactively resolve bottlenecks to ensure on-time delivery
4. Team Management
- Serve as a key contributor and informal leader across a team working on logistics features
- Collaborate closely with the Logistics Strategy Lead to share strategic insights, and optimize resource allocation
Requirements:
- Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Management/Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Has at least 3 years of related work experience
- Has experience with excel modelling (P&L Impact, Simulations, etc.) and project management
- Comfortable with MS Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, Google Slide
- Organized and knows how to compartmentalize and prioritize
- Knowledge in SQL is a plus but not required
- Amenable to being assigned to Podium, Pasig
- Amenable to travel
