LEAD Management Trainee (IT, Data, Finance & Risk)

The LEAD Management Trainee role is designed to develop well-rounded, future-ready leaders with strong business acumen, leadership capability, and enterprise-wide perspective. • Successfully complete all requirements of the LEAD Leadership Pipeline and meet defined performance and leadership standards

Qualifications

Academic & Leadership Excellence

• Running for honors and Graduated Top 5 in class
• Proven leadership experience through:
• Youth, civic, or academic organizations, or
• Demonstrated excellence in sports
• Recipient of academic, civic, or athletic awards
• Highly energetic, driven, and enthusiastic
• Strong leadership potential and learning agility
• Results-oriented, adaptable, and purpose-driven
